Our first work party of about a dozen members concentrated on cleaning the towpath over the entrance arm bridge. Please follow this link to see how we did.

Even though we have no physical canal our society is in doing what is possible to show the benefits of a restored canal.
We have decided where ever possible to get involved in improving the canal environment where ever possible.
This will be in the form of work parties dedicated to improve the appearance of features along the canal line.
